Extra Innings offers indoor comprehensive clinics throughout the year for players ages 7-17. These clinics emphasize fundamental improvement for young players and advance training for older players. All clinics are designed to enhance their skills and to gain a competitive advantage.
Participation is limited to assure quality instruction.
These sessions are here for your convenience every week. You will be able to come in for every Sunday session or whichever one you would like so you can keep working on the fundamentals of the game.

This will run 2 days a week for 6 weeks, with a weekly half-hour hitting tunnel rental for your team; Play will focus on the rules and play of the game with professional advice from one of our Instructors.

SEPTEMBER DEMARINI HITTING CLINIC This 4 session clinic focuses on the mechanics of hitting and bunting. Our instructors will conduct a detailed point-by-point inspection of the stance grip and swing and will correct any flaws or problems. A great way to continue an off-season training program. Every day will end with a waffle ball gameSpace is limited.

This week-long indoor/outdoor clinic focuses on the FUNdamentals of baseball: hitting, pitching, catching, infield and outfield, throwing, base running and games. Players separated into age groups and rotated through different stations throughout our facility. Each station is designed to teach a different skill taught by our professional instructors in their individual area of expertise. Space is limited, please register early.

This four-day clinic focuses on the fundamentals of the pitcher and catcher. Instructors work specific drills to improve the mechanics of the pitcher and the proper techniques of receiving, blocking and throwing for the catcher. Specifically pitchers will work on the basics of pitching mechanics, delivery, control, and the proper arm and body conditioning techniques.
